Does anyone know how Pyrokinesis works? Don’t worry. I know and I will explain to you in this post.
Pyrokinesis is the ability to control fire. This term was first used by Stephen King in his “Inflaming Look” story.
It is used a lot in Hollywood. We see Pyrokinesis in X-MAN and in DC Comics. There are a lot of Youtube videos where street performers demonstrate the art of Pyrokinesis. Most of them are a hoax, but I have seen some of them that are just stunning.
How Pyrokinesis Works
It works by using the Chakras in your body. With proper meditation and a lot of training, you can practice this ancient skill. Again, you need more than reading a blog post to become a skilled Pyrokinesis medium.
Bellow, I will write and publish some exercises, as well as some videos and books in order for you to better understand this mystique ability.
Pyrokinesis exercise #1
In order to learn how Pyrokinesis works, you need to make some basics exercises.
For this exercise, I need you to control your energy and focus on your palms. The ability to heat up and then ignite objects will increase if you learn to control the amount of heat coming from your hand.
The ability to form an invisible ball between the palms – is the first art you need to overcome. This exercise is designed specifically for beginners who know that Pyrokinesis – the ability to melt and ignite objects, is done using will power and releasing of the energy that is stored in your chakras. The palms are placed opposite to each other and then you slowly go down while releasing energy.
There is no simple answer on how long will it take for the invisible ball to manifest. It’s all up to you. After some time practicing, you will notice that the ball has gone solid, and you no longer have the ability to squeeze her like before.
It’s even better if you feel the heat between your palms while doing this exercise.
Pyrokinesis exercise #2
Pyrokinesis is the ability to light up objects. This should be your primary focus when doing this exercise. During further exercises, it is necessary to use ice, ordinary cubes from the freezer will do.
This exercise should be done after the first one. While the invisible ball is in your hand, take one ice cube with the other hand and merge them. It will start to melt anyhow, but if you did the first exercise wright, it will speed up the process and you will have nothing but water in under a minute.
Pyrokinesis exercise #3
The upper mentioned exercises are not enough to turn you into an X-MAN hero. You need more practice. This exercise includes creating a real fire. All you need is firewood and matches.
It would be better if you practice in the open. Light the firewood with a lighter. You need to sit calmly in front of the fire. The body needs to be relaxed and your inner sensors open so the energy can circulate freely.
Focus on the burning fire. While focusing on the fire, you can meditate. It is necessary to achieve a state where you and the fire are one. Isolate every sound and worry that you have. You are one with the flame. Take one of the matches. Rase it to eye level. Focus all of your energy on the match and it should burst into flames.
Andy McGee and Vicky Tomlinson were once college students looking to make some extra cash, volunteering as test subjects for an experiment orchestrated by the clandestine government organization known as The Shop. But the outcome unlocked exceptional latent psychic talents for the two of them—manifesting in even more terrifying ways when they fell in love and had a child…
Read some of the reviews below:
Clifford Hall: This is my all-time favorite Stephen King book and the one I’d most love to see a sequel to. I bought it in hardback when it came out in 1981 and upon re-reading, it is still as strong as ever. If you like a good psy-talents, government conspiracy thriller, it doesn’t get any better than this. I’ll refer you to the publisher’s description of the book, no point in me recapping that.
Evets12982: Mr. King has probably saved my life more times than I can remember. I’ve been in some dark holes within my own mind and his stories help to bring a little light when I’m absolutely lost. I know this isn’t a review of Firestarter but I have wanted to tell Mr. King how much he has helped me along the way for a long time. I will consider this my message in a bottle and hope it washes up along some special beach in the Northeast 😉 Thanks SK…you the man!
Miranda N: Being a huge Stephen King fan I could not go without having Firestarter in my collection. The first time I read this book I was 12 or 13. It scared me, creeped me out and I loved it. Stephen King has the ability to give the reader an abundance of details without creating boredom.
